Justin Bieber turns into a girl photo manipulation

Ok guys so this will be my last photo manipulation project for 2009!

I hope I’ll finish it later on,

It will be featuring the girly voiced teen singer Justin Bieber,

I’m going to edit a photo of him and turn it into a girl,

so it will match his cute voice yes his voice is really cute but it doesn’t really fit him well, so yeah wish me luck!
